Nyerges Bolt
 & Screw List

SINCE 1972  ~ ~ ~  201-438-1266

We are the oldest and most complete LIONEL® Restoration Company in the WORLD!

As many of you know by now, we purchased Ted Nyerges' Screw Company and now offer screws, bolts, nuts, rivets, washers and other small fasteners and parts for LIONEL@ Trains.  If you click on the link above left "Nyerges Bolt & Screw List" you can view our entire list of parts, and prices.  Or, let us know your needs by phone if you prefer, and if we can help you, we will. For now, we have a minimum of order of $15.00. + shipping . Watch our site for future developments, and new parts!

Thank you for visiting our website!

We welcome your business!
We repair and professionally restore most LIONEL® trains from 1900-1966. Our splash photo of  LIONEL's #2343 SANTA FE F-3 Diesel from 1951 shown above is one of our most popular jobs! We can paint any road name LIONEL offered in their post-war diesel line, as well as many steamers and electrics, including very rare items that, if you could possibly find an original, would cost you thousand of dollars! Much more information is available by simply clicking on our 'DOWNLOAD CATALOG' icon right above. Try us! Great work, reasonable prices and we have tremendous references from just about every LIONEL dealer, manufacturer or long-time collector in the business. Our relationship with the now closed MADISON HARDWARE COMPANY, affectionately referred to as "LIONEL SERVICE STATION NUMBER ONE" because of their close and personal relationship with LIONEL founder, J. Lionel Cowen, is well known and documented.

CALL US with your questions and needs. If it's LIONEL®, we can probably help you! As president and owner of L & L Model Train Co., although I have been creating top-quality LIONEL restorations for over 46 years now, I am also a LIONEL® train collector, operator and enthusiast, and have been a member of the TRAIN COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION since 1973 - TCA #73-5876. Our ads often say "STATE OF THE ART" because I will personally settle for nothing less than that when tackling a restoration job. Every completed job we send out is a miniature advertising billboard for our company - and I know it has to be better than just "good" because in order to achieve our goal of 100% satisfaction, with us, just "good enough" is NEVER "good enough!"

Hopefully we'll hear from you soon. All our contact information is below. We prefer phone calls, so we might speak to you and explain our work, and how we might best serve you, but as always, feel free to write or e-mail us any time as well! We look forward to hearing from you! We look forward to hearing from you.

L & L MTC Ltd.

While we still prefer to speak with you over the phone, we will be happy to respond to your e-mail requests as they arrive. Please allow 48-72 hours for us to process your e-mails. Our phone and office hours will remain the same. Our e-mail address is:
As always we look forward to hearing from you and working with you,  Len

We're sorry, but we don't work on these trains, but our good friend and colleague JOE MANIA does!  He has vast experience restoring and repairing these brands, and his work is of the highest quality.  You may recognize Joe's name, he is the leading columnist for CLASSIC TOY TRAINS' monthly "Questions and Answers" column.  Like myself, Joe is a life-long aficionado of model electric trains and will be happy to answer questions regarding your prized collectibles.
